Delivery & Returns

Is Delivery free?

Yes, for most of our items. Occasionally (and rarely), a delivery charge is applicable, which is clearly displayed against each product. 

How long will my order take?

We always give a typical lead time against each item on the website. If you need something urgently, please give us a call and we’ll do our very best to help

Our standard lead times are a few days to four weeks from acceptance of your order. Lead times quoted are given in good faith but are non-binding. To facilitate a prompt delivery, all despatches will be made direct from the point of manufacture. We are not liable for any losses incurred by you or any other person as a result of any delay in the delivery of the goods or any part of the order for any reason whatsoever. The due performance of the contract is subject to cancellation or such variation as the seller may find necessary as the result of instructions or lack of instructions from the buyer, or as a result of industrial dispute or of any cause whatsoever beyond the seller’s reasonable control. We reserve the right to make partial deliveries.

When do you deliver?

Nearer to your delivery date, we’ll be in touch to confirm details. Deliveries are normally made during working hours, Monday to Friday. 

Where do you deliver?

We deliver items within mainland UK & if there are any issues we’ll contact you as soon as possible once your order is placed. If you would like advice regarding delivery before ordering, please do not hesitate to email info@huddlefurniture.co.uk. Delivery is made by the manufacturer or by courier and if re-delivery is necessary there will be a re-delivery charge. Please note that for large items (e.g. modular seating etc) you must ensure that there is sufficient access to your premises for delivery. Made to order items are not returnable. All items will be delivered to ground floor or goods-inwards areas only. A signature is always required for any items being delivered. 

All deliveries must be checked when off loaded and products accounted for. In the unlikely event of your product arriving damaged, the delivery note must be signed and ‘Damaged’ written on the paperwork. Delivery notes signed ‘unchecked’ will not be accepted under any circumstances. Huddle Furniture Ltd will not be held responsible for damage occurred after the products have been off-loaded.

What if I need to return my order?

We strongly advise you to inspect your goods on delivery as goods signed for are deemed to be accepted as perfect on delivery. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase due to damage, faults or defects with the item on delivery, you must advise Huddle Furniture Ltd within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange collection of the goods and arrange to replace the goods at no extra cost. Made to order products cannot be returned after delivery. Our refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resalable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged
