  1. General

Welcome to the Huddle Furniture Ltd website. If you continue to browse and use this website, or place an order with us, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Huddle Furniture Ltd’s relationship with you in relation to this website. We do not accept any terms or conditions contained in any Customer Purchase Orders or other Business Forms, unless agreed in writing by a Huddle Furniture Ltd Director.

The term “Huddle Furniture Limited” or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user, viewer, customer, company or organisation purchasing from our website.

‘Goods’ means the goods (including any installation of goods or any parts of them) which Huddle Furniture Ltd is to supply in accordance with these conditions. Any reference in these terms and conditions to singular includes plural.

  1. Cancellation and Returns

In order to facilitate quick deliveries, orders placed with Huddle Furniture Ltd will be processed immediately, and raw materials, fabrics & transport will be booked against this order.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order on 01844 299344 or email sales@huddlefurniture.co.uk. Huddle Furniture Ltd will endeavour to reduce any costs of cancellation however there may be a partial or entire cancellation charge levied to the customer to cover materials costs as well as the admin fee of refunding the payment

Goods will only be accepted back for credit with the express permission of Huddle Furniture Ltd. Please contact us upon delivery on 01844 299344 for instructions. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. The buyer shall, unless otherwise stated, be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual return and receipt of the goods to a specified location marked clearly For the Attention of Huddle Furniture Ltd. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods to cover the restocking fee. This will be deducted from any refund given. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of goods providing these conditions are met.

Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled after despatch from the warehouse. Made to order goods found unsuitable cannot be returned and no credit will be given. Refused deliveries of made-to-order items are not eligible for credit. Our refund policy does not apply to made-to-order items, which cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described.
