  • PCB: Permanent Contact Back means you can adjust the back angle to suit, and then lock off.
  • Synchro: This means the seat and back angles move at a set 2:1 ratio; useful if you like to move around in your chair and lean back.
  • Tilt: Also known as Independent; you can adjust the seat & back angles independently and then lock off. Useful if you like to find your ideal seating position & then keep this set.
